Payment Details

Insurance:

We accept the following insurance providers:

  • Highmark Insurance (including all out of state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans)

  • Optum

  • United Health Care

  • UPMC

It is recommended that you touch base with your insurance provider to determine what is covered for sessions as it can vary by plan. Any co-pays or payment toward deductible is due at time of service.

Self-pay:

You can opt to pay out-of-pocket for the sessions if you choose. Session fees range from $85-$125 per session.

Payment:

Payments are accepted through cash, check, or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). There is a $30 return check fee.

Cancellation policy:

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please notify our office 24 hours in advance. There is a $50 fee for late cancels or no-shows, and must be paid in full before scheduling any additional appointments.
